Coming together to solve the biggest problems in transplant.
Terasaki Research Institute Team
The Terasaki Research Institute, formerly known as the Terasaki Foundation Laboratory, is an independent non-profit research foundation that is affiliated with the University of California, Los Angeles. We opened our doors in Los Angeles, CA and began working towards solutions to the biggest transplant problems in April 2000. At the Terasaki Research Institute, we invest in the best and brightest scientists and researchers. Our research group is made up of approximately 20 individuals and growing. The Institute serves as a place of research excellence and an educational training ground for post-doctoral fellows.
Since 2000, we have collaborated with transplant centers and biotechnology companies across the globe to achieve breakthroughs in understanding transplant patients. We continue to build collaborations in transplant as we know this leads to faster innovation.
