Justin Li, Co-founder and CEO of Helio Genomics

Justin is co-founder and CEO of Helio Genomics (AI-driven multi-omics cancer detection company with $75m+ in financing). Justin also serves as Venture Partner for the SC Master Fund, where he works with the co-GPs to source and evaluate deal flow, as well as support portfolio companies and LPs.

Justin’s focus is on creating and executing business strategy, as well as building and leading high performing leadership teams. Prior to his entrepreneurial career, Justin served in managerial and analytical roles at Fortune 500 companies such as Phillips 66 (NYSE: PSX) and FactSet Research Systems (NASDAQ: FDS).

Justin invests through his family office, J&J Investments Worldwide Ltd and Dragonflyy LLC, and is passionate about supporting ambitious founders trying to change the world.

Justin received his MBA with high honors from the Walter A. Haas School of Business at University of California, Berkeley, as well as a bachelor’s in finance with honors from the University of Colorado Boulder. Justin has been a CFA charterholder since 2017. Justin was named the 2022 Innovator of the Year by the Orange County Business Journal and is regularly recognized in the OC 500.
