years, she worked in finance and accounting in both the production and postproduction spectrums of the entertainment industry. Wanting to broaden her
professional scope, Jenilee pursued her interest in Human Resources, and in 2016,

University. Prior to joining the Terasaki Institute, she simultaneously held the roles
of HR Generalist and Billing/Accounts Receivable Manager for 5 years.

role in a company because of its ever-changing and constantly growing nature. She
has a passion for helping people succeed, improving policies and processes, and
protecting and advocating for both the company and its employees. Her experiences
include HR process and policy development and implementation, talent acquisition,
employee handbook development, compliance and best practices, HR strategy
development, employee relations, performance management, and organizational
advancement.
