The 8-year graft survival was significantly lower in patients with preformed DSA compared to patients with NDSA and non-sensitized (60.8% vs. 92.5% vs. 83.6%, p<0.001). Patients with preformedDSA of 6000 MFI or more carried a risk of developing AMR 113 times higher than patients withDSA below 465 MFI.
